“Tang Dynasty Ladies” Designed with Participation of Teacher Xia Jiangnan’s Team Wins Two iF Design Awards, Highlighting Charm of Chinese Cultural Design Following the previous announcement of its nomination, on February 28th, it was officially announced that the “Tang Dynasty Ladies” design work for the Daming Palace, with the team of Teacher Xia Jiangnan invited to participate in its creation, had won two Winner awards at the prestigious iF Design Award in Germany, known as the “Oscars of Design”. The work stood out in the fiercely competitive categories of Public Brand and Typography Design, a piece of news that has once again excited the entire design community and added a vivid chapter to the international dissemination of Chinese culture. Since its launch, “Tang Dynasty Ladies” has won widespread praise at home and abroad for its unique cultural appeal and exquisite design craftsmanship. From winning the Gold Award in Brand Design at the 30th Cresta Awards (French Advertising Festival), to claiming the Silver and Bronze Awards at the 36th European Advertising Awards, to securing 8 trophies at the 2023 Busan International Advertising Festival, and having 8 works included in the Asian CampaignBrief creative annual “The Work” — each honor is a high recognition of the artistic value of this work.
